Green Spade started this initiative at the beginning of 2022 with the aim of creating as many meadows in and around Aberdeen as possible. 

By the end of 2022, over 1000 plants have been planted in various locations throughout the city and beyond.

All plants are grown locally in Aberdeen and are chosen specifically for each site, to ensure that all plants in the meadow thrive.
